Established in 2013 as a sole trader before incorporating in 2014, CloudBook Online Accountants Ltd will assist and support you every step of the way. Whether you’re a UK based sole trader, a small or medium company owner, or a property investor, we can get your business’s finances on track.
Our founder is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) with over 20 years’ experience of helping both small and medium sized businesses.
Unlike most other online accountants, we don’t make you use any particular accounting software. You can choose whichever software suits you the most. Whether that’s due to functionality or price, it’s totally up to you. We’ll also advise you on which software might be best for you and help you move to your chosen software.
Our cloud accountancy work is done 100% online, which means our services are more efficient, secure and it keeps our fees low. But just because we are online, it doesn’t mean that we’re impossible to reach. We are simply a phone call, email, web-chat, or video-call away. We also promise to respond to questions within 1 working day, usually within a couple of hours.
At CloudBook, we are all about flexibility, which means we can do as much or as little as your business requires. Whether you’re confident using online accounting software yourself or want us to do some or all of this for you, we can take over or hand over at any time. We have a strong understanding of the best cloud accounting packages on offer.
We will work with you from the start of the year until the very end of it. We are dedicated to ensuring that your books and monthly accounts are accurate, which will mean it all stays organised, saving you a lot of time when it comes to calculating your end-of-year accounts.
