First step

Signing up

All we need are one or two details from you and, if applicable, your accountant. Then, you can sit back, and we will deal with the rest. You’ll be able to sign up and change accountants at any time. Just enter your details on our online signup form to get started with us.

Catching up

With your accounts

Even if you are already part-way through your accounting year or use a bookkeeping system that’s offline, we can still help you. We can take over your accounts at any time, from any system.

How we work

Services and stages

We offer several services that include a few simple steps to get your accounts in order.

Here are the processes involved with each:

Accounts and Tax Returns

Our initial stages

We will review your records every quarter to check they look correct (Annual+ or above) Then, before your year end, we will send an email with tax-saving tips and instructions on what to do at the year end. We will request the information required and follow up with reminders. You will provide us with the information (or ‘go ahead’) and we book in the job.

What next?

We prepare the accounts, tax return, tax computation, accounts review and adjust your bookkeeping. Then, we will upload the draft accounts etc. to a secure portal for you to check and approve or ask questions, which we will deal with promptly. We will upload the final version for e-signing by you and us. Once e-signed, we submit accounts and tax return to HMRC and, if a company, to Companies House. We will remind you before any tax is due.

VAT Returns

We will request the information required and follow up with reminders. You will provide the information and we will book in the job. Then, we prepare the VAT return and quarterly accounts. We will then upload the VAT return etc. to a secure portal for you to check and approve or ask questions that we will deal with promptly. Once approved, we will submit the VAT return to HMRC.


We will ask you for information such as invoices and receipts. We will then prepare bookkeeping on your preferred software and monthly management accounts. Then, we will upload the accounts etc. to a secure portal for you to check.


Notify us of any changes to the payroll by the 23rd of each month (or Monday if weekly) as this is when we will process the payroll using our own or your preferred software. We upload and/or email payslips and other reports to you and your employees. At the year-end we request approval of payroll reports and submit annual payroll reports to HMRC. If required, benefits in kind details are requested, forms prepared for approval, then submitted to HMRC.


We calculate the pension deductions required when processing the payroll and add or remove new/old employees to the pension scheme and provide employee letters. We will also submit the employee and employer pension contribution details to the pension scheme. Additionally, we re-enrol employees and confirm compliance to the Pension Regulator, as and when required.
