Software Reviews

Here at Cloudbook, we’re flexible. Unlike other accountants, we will not require you to use a specific software to manage your accounts. This means you’ll get the freedom to choose the one best suited to your business.

You choose

The best for your business

Once you have signed up for one of our packages, we will help to get your head around the online accounting software by helping you choose the best one for your business. We will also show you everything you need to know about getting started.

Still unsure? Talk to us. We can explain the benefits that come hand-in-hand with online accounting. And, if you’re still undecided, we can discuss whether this method is right for you in the first place.

We’ve also listed some software reviews to help you decide on the perfect one.

Xero Review

Our Xero review is based on us using it for ourselves and helping many of our clients use it for 10 years almost every day. Overall, Xero is the best and easiest to use online accounting software. However, it’s standard plan also the most expensive. We can get our clients 15% off of the Xero Prices.

Wave Accounting Review

Wave provides free online accounting software, funded by some small adverts. If you’d like to see how Wave Accounting works, please read our Wave Accounting Review. Also, because it is completely free online accounting software, you can just sign up and play around with it. Unfortunately, Wave no longer supports UK/EU bank feeds or VAT returns.

Pandle Review

We have many clients using Pandle and we use it ourselves for some of our clients. Pandle online accounting software is great value for money and provides all the features most small businesses need. There is a free version of Pandle, and Pandle Pro which comes with added features such as bank feeds. We can get Pandle Pro for our clients for just £2.50 per month plus VAT.
